When Running the Demantra Installer / Upgrade we are Getting An Error Message Mismatching Oracle Client and Oracle Server Versions (Doc ID 755603.1)

On in Production:
When attempting to upgrade from 711 to 7202
the following error occurs:

Mismatching Oracle client and Oracle server versions.

Note that this error can also occur when installing the Demantra base version for the first time

The customer has confirmed that the client was upgraded to match the database version by opening up a sqlplus prompt to the target Oracle database and seeing the following result:

SQL*Plus: Release - Production on Tue Mar 24 10:01:54 2009

Copyright (c) 1982, 2007, Oracle.  All Rights Reserved.

Connected to:
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options

This shows that the Client (Sql Plus line) does indeed now match the Database (Enterprise Edition line) so this warning message in the upgrade/base installation installer should not occur

Note that if your client and database versions do not match then this needs to be resolved before proceeding with the upgrade/install

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch the setup.exe of the upgrade patch or base install
