This problem can occur on any platform.
Newly activated subscribers are being rejected by AAA with an Unknown user error. The new accounts are failing at the point where the customer AAA opcode calls PCM_OP_ACT_FIND via cm process connected to TIMOS (cm_aaa).
The same opcode returns normally with correct information when sent to the cm not connected to TIMOS.
The problem can be manually corrected only by reading the /service object via testnap connected to cm_aaa. After that it behaves normally.
