Rum Name And Rum Group Detail Are Missing For Some Call Types (Doc ID 756036.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 7.3.1, when rating some specific call types, both RUM name and RUM group are missing in the Out
file and Database. The event browser also shows blank RUM details in the Customer Center.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect RUM details to be shown.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pass an edr.
2. Go to /pinhome/pin7910/opt/ifw/data/dump. Check the RUM details in MainRating_post.dump.
Under CHARGE DETAILS, the RUM is set.
  RUMGROUP: <DURATION> :SET
RUM: <DUR> :SET

3. Check the out file. The RUM details are not present in the out file.
4. Load the out file through pin_rel.
5. The RUM details iin event browser of Customer Center is BLANK.
