This problem can occur on any platform.
Customer defined a filterset that should match and apply a system product.If the rateplan is last in the list of purchased products the filter_set matches and applied.If the order is changed and the rateplan is NOT last in the list of purchased products then the system product is not applying.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a customer with the matching rateplan NOT LAST in the list of purchased products
2. rate a CDR with matching INTERN_SERVICE_CODE and SERVICE_LOGIN
Ex: DETAIL.INTERN_SERVICE_CODE = RTEL and
DETAIL.SERVICE_LOGIN = 2280137.* and
DETAIL.CUST_A.PRODUCT.RATEPLAN_NAME = RPPKG81
3. The rateplan of the system product should have been added to the list of purchased products but it is not added.
