-- Problem Statement:
In a custom batch program, we are trying to add a case log entry to an exiting case. Error occurs
when trying to add message parameters to the case log entry. When creating a case log with no
message parameters no error was encountered.

We tried running it in a CC&B environment v215 with SP2 only, an error was still encountered. We
again tried on another CC&B environment v215 with SP2 and patches (undetermined patches) the error
was resolved.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Create a custom java program (batch or otherwise) that simply adds a case log entry with message
parms to an existing case.

-- Business Impact:
unable to test custom program, unable to log appropriate information on cases
