Cmt Custom Classes Cannot Link To /Service

Regarding to the documentation, the pre-defined tag <RefObj> followed by a CMT reference Id can be used to create a link from the target object to an pre-loaded object of type /account, /service, and a few other types. But the CMT (Conversion Management Tool) throws a NullPointerException and stays in an infinite loop.

In sample_data, the example provided by the current distribution (7.3.1) links the custom class using the <AcctObj> atributte. This works fine and linking account objects to custom objects appear not to have any trouble. But, linking custom objects to another object like /service that is not an /account is giving trouble.
