Static Range Status Changes are very slow (Doc ID 756660.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When changing the "status"  on a static range that contains several hosts it takes a very long time

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Do a "static range" search
2. click on a static range that contains several hosts to display the static ranges details page

3. Change the status  and click "save".  You have to wait several minutes for the change to be applied

-- Business Impact:
Long page load times
