Format Change In Pin_telco_provisioning_gsm Config File (Doc ID 756675.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When loading a definition file 'pin_telco_provisioning_gsm' with load_pin_telco_provisioning utility, the actual value saved in PIN_FLD_STATUS of /config/telco/provisioning object is '0' while it should be '3' as specified in the definition file. The definition file has the following content:

Steps To Reproduce: -

1. Load the definition file 'pin_telco_provisioning_gsm' with load_pin_telco_provisioning utility.
2. Verify the content of the /config/telco/provisioning created in the DB, where you can find PIN_FLD_STATUS = 0.
