On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), when an input Call Data Record (CDR) file having multiple records is sent to pipeline, if any one of the records contains an error in the input file, pipeline rejects the entire file and sends the entire file to the "error" directory with the logs reporting the ERR_OUTPUT_PARSE_ERROR message.
