Symptoms

The following error appears when clicking on the 'Previous CRF' or 'Next CRF' links in the Data Entry Window :

This application has encountered a fatal error and will shut down.
XMLHttp request failed: xxxxxx (Servlet error: SQL Exception. Unable to proceed further)



The following appears in the debug log file ('delog0.log')  :

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "RXC.RDC_ZF_SURROUND", line 998
ORA-06512: at "RXC.RDC_ZF_SURROUND", line 1195
ORA-06512: at line 1
