This problem can occur on any platform.
When running a report from Oracle Clinical, for example, the OCL_STATE report, the report prints to the printer without any issue.
The problem arises when you try to preview the output. The job status shows SUCCESS, but the browser opens with the message "File not found". From the reports queue manager you can see the job was terminated with the error "Cannot write into file".
