When Printing Isr Order, The "General Detail" Is Missing. (Doc ID 757852.1)

Symptoms

When printing Service Request Details for an order from work queue, The "General Details" are
missing in the printed sheet.

 Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to any work queue , right click on a DD task and select Service Request Details
2. Once the Service Request Detail window opens, click on Print. 
3. In the printed sheet, the customer mentions that the “General Detail” section shown below is not printed on the sheet. 
4. The application should print the “General Details” section in the printed sheet

Since the "General Details" are missing in the printed sheet, business users are not able to effectively use the printed details.
