Updating the Status Properties Gives Different Result in UIM GUI and Web Services. (Doc ID 757987.1)

Symptoms

The user made the updates to the status.properties file at the following location

<UIM_Home>/config/resources/logging/ as follows:

# AssignmentState
status.UNASSIGNED=Inactive
status.ASSIGNED=Active

Changes are reflected in UI right away as soon as UIM Server was recycled. However the Java Webservices continued return "UNASSIGNED" and "ASSIGNED" statuses instead of Inactive and Active.
