The Pipeline Batch Rating Not Able To Find The Subscription Service (Doc ID 758374.1)

Pipeline Batch Rating is unable to find Subscription Service for an account which has a plan with a subscription service.  How to fix the batch pipeline rating failing because of not finding Subscription Service?

Create an account with the subscription plan (e.g. /service/telco/gsm as the subscription service, and /service/telco/gsm/sms as the member service) and send a SMS usage for the batch pipeline to rate. The rating is failing because of not finding Subscription Service as the following:

08.12.2008 12:14:54 The actual log level is NORMAL. All messages with this or higher severity will be logged.
08.12.2008 12:14:54 Beginning to process stream 'test_sms1_2.edr'.
08.12.2008 12:14:54 The EDR with number '00000001' (starting at byteposition: 86) contains the errors :
08.12.2008 12:14:54 Subscription service not found for (/service/telco/gsm/sms) with id (349826).
08.12.2008 12:14:54 The EDR is rejected.
08.12.2008 12:14:54 End of the processing of stream 'test_sms1_2.edr'.
