Goal

If an account has entered multiple times into collections, Collection Center does not show the details of old actions (previous collection actions). One may want the details of all the previous collections actions pertaining to that account to be displayed.

Detailed example : Take an account and make it enter into collections. Once it is in collections, make the payment against the account to take it out of collections. Once again make the account to enter into collections. This time the Collection Center just shows the actions scheduled for the current instance of the collection process. No where in the system complete history of actions can be viewed, except a small message which says - how many times an account has entered into collections.
