Goal

How can you assign a same balance group for all services under a subscription group for an account using CMT data load?

EXAMPLE SCENARIO:

An account has 2 subscriptions:
Subscription S1 has /service/telco, /service/telco/additional, /service/telco/gprs
Subscription S2 has /service/telco, /service/telco/additional

The 3 services of subscription S1 should have same balance group (e.g. 12345) and 2 services of subscription S2 should have same balance group (e.g. 34567).
