Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
One user is getting error on attempting to get into change tracking screen. Other users have no problem. Web log indicates some type of sql syntax error or buffer overflow in  amhome.TICKCHGT_PKG.   The error may first appear after a new query has been added.

Error occurs when :
1) Workbench > CCG > press 'Change Tracker' button.
