Symptoms

When perform a deal transition and then add a plan, there is an error thrown. This happens when perform operation using the same Customer center session.

This error does not happen when close the session and reopen it to purchase the plan.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Do a deal Transition in Customer Center.
2. Add a plan after that in the same Customer Center session.
