CCB - Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing

On a CCB v.2.1.0, after applying the <Patch 7361975>, which contains a new Strategy for Batch in order to address the issue of Java Heap Error. Since then, whenever a To Do Entry will be created in a batch program using either StandardCommitStrategy or COmmitEveryUnitStrategy, the program produces the LazyInitializationException. The program works if the strategy to be used is the SingleUnitTransactionStrategy and the volume of data is not enormous. If the data to be processed is enormous, the program will produce the Java Heap error.
