Incomplete Data Saved In 'Laststat_cmnt' Field

This problem can occur on any platform.
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 220.127.116.11.0 version, it is observed that incomplete data is saved In 'Laststat_cmnt' Field.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open an existing account.
2. Change the status of the account by manually adding notes in the ‘Notes’ section.
3. Click on Apply.
4. Check the value of 'laststat_cmnt' field on 'service_t' table using the below SQL query.
