During Upgrade , Service_Telco_T Table Is Not Getting Updated With Values From Service_Gsm_T (Doc ID 760057.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When upgrade from BRM Version 6.5 to 7.3, service_telco_t (7.3) table is not getting updated with the values of service_gsm_t(6.5) table.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The upgrade path followed is form 6.5 to 7.3.

Steps followed for the upgrade of optional managers.
· Install GPRS 3.0
· Install GPRS upgrade scripts
· Execute ./upg_mgr.pl -o
· Execute ./upg_mgr.pl -s
· Execute ./upgrade.pl
· Uncomment device and device_pol entries in cm's pin.conf
· Execute pin_setup
· Shut down BRM
· Install GSM
· Install GSM upgrade scripts
· Overwrite OOB update_event_service.sql with the customized one
· Overwrite OOB add_new_tables_20.sql with the custom one
· Execute ./upg_mgr.pl -o
· Execute ./upg_mgr.pl -s
. Execute ./upgrade.pl

When GPRS upgrade scripts are run first, service_telco_t table is getting created and the data is inserted from service_ip_gprs_t. But, when gsm upgrade scripts are run, the data from service_gsm_t is not getting inserted in to service_telco_t table.
