Close_wo_ind On Work Order Does Not Check When Wo Created From Gis (Doc ID 760098.1)

Symptoms

We set up the following in the database:

ALTER TABLE SA_WORK_ORDER MODIFY (CLOSE_WO_IND DEFAULT 'Y').

In version 1.8, work orders created from GIS do not have the Auto Close indicator set to 'Y'.

### Steps to Reproduce ###
Apply the Alter Table statement to default in 'Y' for close_wo_ind.
Create a work order from GIS.
The Auto Close indicator on the work orders is not checked.
