Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
After apply the LoadIfwConfig provided on the <patch 7477133>,  get the following error messages when insert an xml file to an empty table:

XML Loader Version Momentum 1.08
Verbose is on.
Update is selected.
Commit is selected.
Error code: 5
Error message [SERVERERROR] ORA-12899: value too large for column
"A000089"."IFW_DISCOUNTDETAIL"."TIME_FROM" (actual: 6, maximum: 5)

Is terminal: No

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install <patch 7477133>.
2. Load the discount detail:
LoadIfwConfig -v -i sample.xml -u -c

The sample xml file:
