Question regarding Order Priority field on Task Detail Tab of Work Queue Manager

The customer is trying to get tasks related to TSP codes marked in some fashion allowing users to notice these tasks as extremely important and worthy of being worked in a timely manner. They have run upon this Order Priority field on tasks. The customer isn't sure where to look on the Service Request to find out where this might be populated.
