Unable To Install License For "Business Objects Enterprise Professional XI"

We have installed "Business Objects Enterprise Professional XI" and running with DEMO License.

When we try to apply Production License received from licensecodes_ww@oracle.com, we are getting the following ERROR message:

'License Key Error: Invalid Key'
