FRM-92101 When Selecting A Term In The Interactive Coding Screen (Doc ID 761154.1)

Symptoms

After selecting 'Pick DT' from the:

  • Case
  • Events
  • Interactive Coding Form

The following error occurs:

ERROR
FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could
happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details.

Java Exception:
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Forms session <92> aborted: unable to
communicate with runtime process.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Log into AERS
  2. Navigate to:
    1. Case
    2. Events
  3. Enter an event that does not code
  4. 'Interactive Coding Form' will come up
  5. Search for a event and click 'Pick DT'
  6. Verify 'Operation Completed' is returned and select 'OK'.
  7. FRM-92101 error will be returned.
