PIN_CLEAN_RSVNS Utility Is Not Removing Reservation Objects From Database (Doc ID 762090.1)

pin_clean_rsvns utility is not removing active reservation objects from database. Why?

Command : pin_clean_rsvns -object 1 -account

Scenario where this problem occurs:
1) Customer makes a call, and reservation is created in BRM (let's say 60 seconds ).
2) BRM did not receive any update message from network . So, the object /active_seesion is not updated in BRM. Customer is getting charged for 86400 seconds.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1 )Create reservation by calling opcode PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_AUTHORIZE (4002) .

2) It creates the objects /reservation/active and /active_session/telco/ims/voice (custom object). The object /reservation/active contains expiry time as 1 day .

3) Move pin_virtual_time to 1 day ahead and execute the command "pin_clean_rsvns -object 1 -account" .
