Ext_ASNTREE Interface Cannot Read Values Greater Than Signed 4 Byte

This problem can occur on any platform.


Although TD57 specifies that specific TAP fields have a maximum size of 8 bytes (such as the
Audit Control Info - Total Charge), EXT_AsnTree provided function ConnectToken() and/or
tokenDecimal() fail to read a value greater than signed 4 byte.

e.g. if the Total Charge is 00 85 73 B8 6C [Hex] / 2238953580 [Dec]
either ConnectToken to a decimal EDR field, or tokenDecimal to a decimal variable will read
