-- Problem Statement:
When service deal has been purchased, Customer Center cannot differentiate which service to upgrade.
Steps To Reproduce:
Purchase 2 deals
Purchase the same deals again but with different user-id and password
Step 4: Do Deal transition:
Problem:Cannot select the deal to be transitioned.It will show the invalid list of deals to be transitioned.
