FRM-92101 After Closing The 'Interactive Coding Form' (Doc ID 762608.1)

Symptoms

On AERS 4.6:
Intermittently after selecting 'Pick DT' from the Case--> Events--> Interactive Coding Form
the following error occurs:

ERROR

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to
invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details.

Java Exception:
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Forms session <92> aborted: unable to communicate with
runtime process.

When the error occurs the AERS Application hangs and must be killed.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Log into AERS
  2. Navigate to Case
  3. Events
  4. Enter an event that does not code
  5. 'Interactive Coding Form' will come up
  6. Search for a event and click 'Pick DT'
  7. Verify 'Operation Completed' is returned and select 'OK'.
  8. FRM-92101 error will be returned.
