DNS Reverse Lookup Fails For Small Networks

Information in this document applies to any platform.
DNS reverse zone lookup fails for networks that are smaller than a /24 network.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Create a network smaller than a /24. (e.g. 192.168.0.128 /25).
The application creates a network
- Create a static host within the network and assign a domain name to it. (eg 192.168.0.129 testhost.com)
- Assign the forward and reverse domains as zones and assign it a name server.
- After restarting the PIC and DNS server view the DB files and try to do a reverse lookup on the address
