Unable To Assign Connection To A Cross-Connected Port. Cross Connection Is Between A Port On A Shelf To A Port On A Card Within The Same Shelf. Receive following error:

You cannot assign this circuit to this port address. There are already circuits assigned to the port addresses that are associated with this port address’ mapped port address placeholders. If you want to assign this circuit to this port address, you will need to remove any circuits that have been assigned to the port addresses in the mapped placeholders
.
However, there are no connections assigned to the port addresses in question.
