Symptoms

When opening a file using AutoVue the following message is displayed:

"Unsupported File Format"

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start AutoVue.
  2. Open a file in AutoVue.
  3. Notice the "Unsupported File Format" message in the AutoVue window.
