Pcm_op_bill_group_delete_member Can Not Delete a Member in a Branding Env (Doc ID 763621.1)

Goal

On a branded environment, the user has tried to remove an account from a hierarchy on a wrapped opcode by calling PCM_OP_BILL_GROUP_DELETE_MEMBER. When use the wrapped opcode, it shows a permission error, but when use the Customer Center with the same brand user, it works.

The question is what is missing in order to accomplish the code of the wrapped opcode and work?
