MetaSolv Solution Third Party Authentication Audit Log Problem (Doc ID 764059.1)

Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution Software (MSS) Third Party Authentication Audit Log Problem, only logout information getting logged to the
appserver/logs/appserver_auditlog.xml.
When using default authentication (Oracle authentication) both login & logout information gets logged to the appserver_auditlog.xml like below:

[CDATA[Login detected for ASAP.]]
[CDATA[User has signed on.]][CDATA[None.]]

[CDATA[Logout detected for ASAP.]]
[CDATA[Logout by user or Client disconnected.]][CDATA[None.]]

When using the 3rd Party Authentication or BEA Authentication only logout information getting logged to the appserver_auditlog.xml like below:

[CDATA[Logout detected for ASAP.]]
[CDATA[Logout by user or Client disconnected.]]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Steps To Reproduce:

1)- To get the appropriate logging information first login to the MSS GUI using the default mode of authentication & then logout. Check the appserver_auditlog.xml. You will find both login & logout information for the user.
2)- Configure the BEA authentication for MSS as stated in the setup guide.
3)- Now login to the MSS GUI & logout. You will see only logout information in the appserver_auditlog.xml.
