This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Provisioning service orders are not generated for member services of a subscription group when changing account or subscription service's status .

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. In Pricing Center, create a plan utilizing 'subscription service' functionality.
Eg. let /service/telco/gsm/telephony be a 'subscription service' followed by /service/telco/gsm/sms, /service/telco/gsm/data and /service/telco/gsm/fax as 'member services'
2. Create an account using the plan defined above . Provisioning orders are generated for all services in the plan
3. After the account activation is complete change the account status to inactive or closed . Observe that the provisioning service order is generated only for the subscription service and NOT for member services.
