Last updated on OCTOBER 18, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - Version: 1.5.20
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

This is only applicable to situations where DB2 is configured to use the COMMA as a DECIMAL SEPARATOR instead of the POINT - mainly in European countries.

For CC&B 1.5.20 on DB2:
The output file generated from extracting a specific UI Map using the BLUEPRINT tool is
incomplete. It does not have the correct definitions of each row in the table.
Upon uploading the file and applying the BLUEPRINT, the file results in a NULL value insert
statement and SQL error CODE -936. The problem does not occur for other UI Map code values.
