Unable to Add Subscription to Member Account of a Discount Sharing Group (Doc ID 778880.1)

Unable to add subscription to an account which is part of a Discount Sharing Group (DSG).

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1- created an account P with dummy plan for gsm/telephony service, using Customer Center (CC)
2- purchased 'Standard GSM Telephony ' deal using CC
3- created another account C with dummy plan for gsm/telephony service, using CC
4- created a DSG on P, using CC
5- added C as a member of the DSG
6- from 'Sharing' tab of account C, click 'Participate in Membership' button to add this account to the DSG
    This step will create a OBG (Ordered Balance Group)
7- from CC, on account C, 'Plans' tab --> 'Purchase' --> 'Add Plan' --> purchase a new plan
    This step will call PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER to add the new subscription to account C
