ORA-29532 Exception Generated While Running The TMSJAVA Script To Perform The LSH Database Setup (Doc ID 779140.1)

Symptoms

On LSH 2.1.1 in Production:
When attempting to load the TMS 4.6 jar file into each Database by running tmsjava.sql script,
the following error occurs:

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. For LSH 2.1.1 install, set up a Windows computer for launching TMS 4.6 installation;
2. Install TMS server;
3. Install the TMS Database;
4. Complete the TMS install by loading the TMS jar file into each database:
4.1 Connect to the TMS Web server computer as 'opareps' user;
4.2 Point the environment to each database;
4.3 Change directories to OPA_HOME\tms\install;
4.4 Run the script to perform the database setup necessary to use Java:
      sqlplus sys/password @<SERVICE NAME>
      When prompted, enter the path for the TMS install directory.
