"List XXXXXXX does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already" Shows in Startup Log For the Oracle Application Server. (Doc ID 779243.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Agile PLM Framework - Version 9.2.2.4 to 9.2.2.5 [Release 9.2.0.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On 9.2.2.4 in Production:
After importing the Agile Application database schema into oracle 10.2, the following errors are seen in the opmn.log for startup of the OC4J server:

ERROR:

List 2474062 does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already.
com.agile.admin.client.value.AdminException: List 2474062 does not exist in the
cache. It may have been deleted already.
at com.agile.admin.server.list.ListFactory.getList(ListFactory.java:44)

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Startup the OC4j server
a) cd OAS_HOME\opmn\bin
b) opmnstl startall
2. Review the opmn log in OAS_HOME\opmn\logs and note the errors:
List 2474062 does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already.
com.agile.admin.client.value.AdminException: List 2474062 does not exist in the
cache. It may have been deleted already.
at com.agile.admin.server.list.ListFactory.getList(ListFactory.java:44)

Expected behavior: The OC4j server should startup without any errors

Another symptom of this issue is that the Agile Classes Report can be incomplete, ending at the class before the one that uses the list.
