Symptoms
The GRCI data model does not return a Business Process when the answer criteria uses the Business Process to 4th Map relationship if the Business Process data in GRC Manager has no related Controls. Whenever the client uses the 4th (fourth) Map data to report on a Business Process, only Business Processes that have Controls are reported. In GRC Manager there is no application data requirement to create a Control for a Business Process. Within the GRCI data model there is a relationship between the Process-4thMap dimension and the Control Fact. That relationship eliminates any process that does not have a related Control.
