-- Problem Statement:
According to the What's New (Fifteenth Edition August 2008) document, <<6.0.16>> added a new
feature,Work Queue Column to Task tab of the Service Request Search Window. I upgraded my
development environment to <<22.214.171.124>> and I'm not seeing this new column. On the ‘Service request
search’ window, in the bottom pane under the Task tab, there should be a column to display the work
queue information of the tasks of the order.
The "WORK QUEUE" Column should be added to the task tab of the Service Request Search results
window. This will enable the user to identify the owner of the each tasks of the order in the same window.
Adding the work queue column to the Task tab of the 'Service Request Search Results' window will enable
the user to quickly identify the owner of each task of the order on the same window otherwise the user
must use a very lengthy process to identify this.
