Why are the Not Before and Not After dates for Purchase Order (PO) created in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) reduced by one day in Store Inventory Management (SIM) database when the System Admin option "Enable GMT for Store Orders" is set to No and the store belongs to a time zone which is ahead of GMT (Greenwich Meridian Time) (GMT+ )?
