Symptoms

Problem Statement

In Windows Vista Machines, current Billing Cycle is shown as 'Oct 14, 2009 - Oct 31, 2009' while in Windows XP machines, the same is displayed as 'Oct 15, 2009 - Nov 1, 2009'.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open any account in BRM Customer Center installed on Windows XP machine and note down the current Billing Cycle dates.
2. Open the same account in BRM Customer Center installed on Windows Vista machine and check the current Billing Cycle dates.
3. The dates shown in the BRM Customer Center on Windows Vista machine are 1 day less.
