Not Able to Search Records on "Service Request" Window With The Option "All" (Doc ID 780078.1)

Symptoms

When we try to search an order in SERVICE REQUEST search window using SEARCH BY option as ALL it displays message

"No matches were found for your search". 

 

But when we try with SEARCH BY option as PSR then it gives the desired output.
