Unable to Open Report Output for Completed Jobs in AERS 4.6.1 Post AS10GR2PS2 ( (Doc ID 780490.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


In AERS 4.6.1 you are unable to open report output for jobs with Status 'C' (Completed) and receive the following warning message:

"Report is not ready/available. Do you want to view the log"

Your Middle Tier is running AS10GR2PS2 ( with AERS 4.6.1

On the Reports Server you have confirmed that output is generated and can be opened, but it is not possible to view the output in portal by double clicking on completed job in AERS front end.
