ASCP Planning Uses Closed Sales Orders With Future Scheduled Ship Date To Consume Forecasts (Doc ID 780735.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
WHEN a Sales Order has a Scheduled Ship Date in the future
AND WHEN Sales Order is shipped early and closed
THEN ASCP will use this Sales Order to consume future forecasts even if this is not desired business functionality.

Profile MSC:Sales Orders Offset Days is set to 0 will not effect this outcome, since it only looks at Sales Orders with Scheduled Ship Date in the past to stop collection of closed orders.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect closed order line doesn't show in the consumption details form.


BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
The forecast that custom has provided is not including closed so demand.So if closed demand
consume this forecast, it will make our material purchase shortage.
