FileNotFoundException for ASR help files (Doc ID 780768.1)

Symptoms


Unable to access the ASR help Files.While installing & deploying the ASR, help files are not getting installed properly & the below stated error message is logged to the MSS log:

<Servlet:"Searcher" failed to preload on startup in Web application: "onlinehelp-asr38".
javax.servlet.ServletException: java.io.FileNotFoundException:

 

 

MSLV_HOME\mslv01\appserver\help\asr38\en\index\document.index (The system cannot find the path specified)
