Transformation Generates No Results in OFS_RPT_HIER Table in OFSA 4.5 (Doc ID 780886.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Risk Manager (RM) 4.5 or another OFSA module, when attempting to transform a Tree Rollup ID, no results are written into OFS_RPT_HIER_xxxxx table.  The OFSA_PROCESS_ERRORS table contains no errors related to the Transformation ID.

Additionally, when attempting to open a Leaf Characteristics ID, the following error occurs:

    ERROR
    OFSRM CAUSED A GENERAL PROTECTION FAULT IN MODULE BC450RTL.DLL AT 0001:8B1B

Steps to replicate:

  1. Log into Risk Manager
  2. Go to File > Open / New > Transformation ID
  3. Choose Source Type = Tree Rollup and select the appropriate Tree Rollup ID
  4. Run the Transformation ID
