How Does One Add a Customer Contact To A Field Activity Step In CCB v.2.2.0? (Doc ID 781367.1)

One of the options in the field activity step is to add a customer contact. When that step is added to a field activity type, the user should be able to put in a customer contact when completing the field activity. Currently, there is nowhere on the screen to enter this information.  Where can we add these details?

-- Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a M-Exchange FA
2. Navigate to FA Upload Staging (+)
3. Go to the steps tab
4. Go to FA Upload Staging step #3. This option is to enter customer contact. There is nowhere to enter this information on this screen.
